Mark
has 25 years experience in the meat processing
business. He began his career in the business
working in his family’s beef slaughter and
fabricating business started by his grandfather
in 1928. He has been involved in every facet of
that business including raw material
procurement, finance, production, and logistics.
He studied Economics at The University of
Rochester, NY, and is a Certified Public
Accountant (CPA). He is also a commercially
rated pilot and an avid world traveler
